SONG OF THE WEEK - "Uptight Downtown"

It´s summer time and "The temperature is raising"!!! "Uptight Downtown" its a brilliant song from this amazing lady Elly Jackson from La Roux English synthpop band. 

La Roux's music is influenced by 1980s British synthpop acts including Yazoo, Erasure, Depeche Mode, OMD, The Human League, Heaven 17 and Eurythmics. The band's name refers to Jackson's red hair and tomboyish appearance, mingling the masculine ("le roux") and feminine ("la rousse"). Enjoy it!!!

Es tiempo de verano y "La temperatura está subiendo"! "Uptight Downtown" es una canción genial, de esta increíble mujer Elly Jackson de la banda Inglesa de synthpop La Roux.

La música de La Roux está influenciada por la década de 1980 los actos synthpop británico incluyendo Yazoo, Erasure, Depeche Mode, OMD, The Human League, Heaven 17 y Eurythmics. El nombre del grupo hace referencia a Jackson por el pelo rojo y aspecto tomnoyish, mezclando lo masculino ("le roux") y femenino ("la-Rousse"). Disfrutai!!!
