Juniore is a French indie pop band formed in Paris in 2013. The group is led by singer/songwriter Anna Jean, daughter of French writer J.M.G. Le Clézio. The band's musical style is influenced by the music of the 1960s; the website AllMusic describes their music as mixing "modern indie pop sensibilities with elements of retro French pop, dark, twangy surf guitar, and a vocal style that falls somewhere between Cat Power and Françoise Hardy." J´ADORE PANIC!!!

SONG OF THE WEEK - "Bells & Circles"

Wow! Bells & Circles is the last collaboration track between Iggy Pop and Underworld. The song was recorded in London "during a  afternoon tea encouter", and features a spoken word performance by Iggy detailing the pros and cons of somoking on an aeroplane! No need more presentation! Just listen!

Lovely voice and lovely song with exotic lyrics to reflect! 
This Is the Kit is the alias of British musician Kate Stables, who is based in Bristol and Paris. 
"While Kate Stables is beloved for the haunting Celtic tinged melodies and evocative lyrics, one of the most poignant moments on her new LP is taken from a far off land and sung in a language you're not likely to understand.
"By My Demon Eye"—a highlight from her fourth album, Moonshine Freeze—features a chorus from an African folk tale first unearthed by ethnomusicologist Hugh Tracey, whose work Stables studies and draws inspiration from. Those exotic lyrics detail a time honored tribal tale about a tortoise and a hare, the latter of whom tricks the former into visiting a miserable old woman who lures liars to her cauldron of scalding hot water. The repetitive portions of that foreign refrain describe the "boiling boiling boiling" water that the gullible turtle is being led toward.
The woman's boiling water honesty test resonated with Stables because, when she was writing it, she was "wrestling with the idea of honesty and the even the white lies we tell accidentally. It's about our relationship with the truth and how complicated that can be."

Kula Shaker, one of my favorite band from Post-Britpop, are an English psychedelic rock band. Led by frontman Crispian Mills, the band came to prominence during the Post-Britpop era of the late 1990s.The band are known for their interest in traditional Indian music, culture, and mysticism, with a number of their most famous songs, including "Tattva" and "Govinda", featuring lyrics written in Sanskrit. The name Kula Shaker was itself inspired by King Kulasekhara, an Indian emperor from the 8th century. In addition, many of the band's songs feature traditional Indian instruments, such as the sitar, tamboura, and tabla, juxtaposed with guitar-heavy, Western rock instrumentation. Kula Shaker disbanded in September 1999 but reformed in 2004 for sessions for the School of Braja compilation album. This led to plans for a full comeback, although the reformation was not widely publicised until the beginning of 2006. The band's third album, Strangefolk, was issued in 2007 and their fourth, Pilgrims Progress, was released in 2010. The band returned with a mostly sold out European tour and new album K 2.0 in 2016 which was well-received both by the media and the fans.On 28 September 2015 the band announced they are returning in 2016 with a European tour and new album titled K 2.0, releasing two teasers of a track named "Mountain Lifter" then a song called "Infinite Sun".

Last sensation at Coachella Festival, Tame Impala is an Australian psychedelic rock band formed in 2007. Its members are Kevin Parker (main vocals and guitar), Dominic Simper (guitar) and Jay Watson (drums and backing vocals ) . Its name refers to the animal impala. Their sound is characterized by a rock revival bands of the 60s and 70s and influences of  psychedelic Rock; Neo- psychedelia; Space rock; Dream pop and indietronica. Tame Impala’s third album will be called Currents and will be out later this year.  "Cause I’m A Man” It’s the album’s first official single — though “Let It Happen". A song "about how weak men are".
Kevin Parker wrote, performed, recorded, produced, and mixed “‘Cause I’m A Man” himself. Yo may see them on next summer Paredes do Coura Festival at Portugal. And now listen!!!

The song of this week is simple amazing and I want to share with you if you still don´t know it! Death in Vegas is a psychedelic rock band from London, England founded by Richard Fearless. Influenced by a wide range of musical genres including psychedelic rock, electronica, krautrock, dub and industrial, the band's sound is constantly changing, moving between live rock sounds, electronica and minimal techno. The band released this song on  their fifth studio album, Trans-Love Energies, on September 26, 2011 in the UK. Enjoy!

One of the things that can not miss in my life is music. I listen to least 8 hours per day and recently discovered the music "Little Maggie" of Robert Plant that is simply beautiful! This video is from last Glastonbury Festival!!! Robert Anthony Plant,(born 20 August 1948) is an English musician, singer and songwriter. Best known as the lead vocalist and lyricist of the rock band Led Zeppelin, he has also had a successful solo career spanning more than 40 years and possessing a powerful wide vocal range (particularly using his trademark high-pitched vocals). Plant is regarded as one of the greatest singers in the history of rock and roll, and has influenced contemporaries and later singers such as Freddie Mercury, Axl Rose and Chris Cornell. In 2006, heavy metal magazine Hit Parader named Plant the "Greatest Metal Vocalist of All Time". In 2009, Plant was voted "the greatest voice in rock" in a poll conducted by Planet Rock. In 2008, Rolling Stone editors ranked him number 15 on their list of the 100 greatest singers of all time. In 2011, readers of Rolling Stone placed Plant in first place of the magazine's list of the best lead singers of all time.

It´s summer time and "The temperature is raising"!!! "Uptight Downtown" its a brilliant song from this amazing lady Elly Jackson from La Roux English synthpop band. 

La Roux's music is influenced by 1980s British synthpop acts including Yazoo, Erasure, Depeche Mode, OMD, The Human League, Heaven 17 and Eurythmics. The band's name refers to Jackson's red hair and tomboyish appearance, mingling the masculine ("le roux") and feminine ("la rousse"). Enjoy it!!!

SONG OF THE WEEK - "Keep Moving"

"Keep Moving" is the song of this week, an addictive disco-flavored jam! The singer Jessy Lanza is from Hamilton, Ontario. She studied jazz performance and piano for her bachelor's at Concordia University in Montreal. Despite her degree in jazz, Lanza's main loves are R&B, hip-hop and electronic music, which she discovered through her father. "I've always had an interest in electronic music, mainly because my dad ran an audio company in Hamilton".

Lanza has started to gig recently with a live setup that includes a few synths, Ableton and a delay pedal. She will be performing at Sonar 2014, at Barcelona, and many more other places, check out here! Enjoy it!

Jesus, is a classically trained musician turned rapper and experimental musician born in Dallas, Texas. "If I Only Had A Brain" launched in 1994  from the album, One Step Ahead of the Spider.
